International orders can greatly increase shipping costs. Cosmetic Factory Corp. and its representatives are not responsible for shipments outside the United States and Puerto Rico. The following remarks that are described below are not entitled to claim or money back, the customer is fully responsible for his order. A detailed list of what exclides responsabilities in international shipping for Cosmetic Factory Corp. follows: damaged merchandise, lost, intersected by CUSTOMS Offices due to excise or other payments and late deliveries. Please note that international shipments once they leave American territory lose their tracking number.
Claims on orders received by the customer must be within 24 hours of receiving the products. The client must send a damaged product photo to process the claim. The shipping cost of the product returned to Cosmetic Factory Corp. is client responsibility.
Orders via PayPal are going to be shipped with the PayPal verified address clients provided. Any change of address is responsibility of the client before the order has been paid. Once the order has been paid any change of address after that is not our responsibility.
An order can be canceled either by email or by phone only if it has not been processed or shipped.
